Important Notice: We do not provide housing services of any kind.

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient of Orion West Medical Group, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health and medical history
• Follow the treatment plans and recommendations provided by our healthcare providers
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information or insurance coverage
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Treat our staff and other patients with respect
• Pay for services rendered in accordance with our billing policies

Appointment Policy

We request that patients:

• Provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
• Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointments for new patient intake
• Bring valid identification and insurance information to each visit

Emergency Services

Orion West Medical Group does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.
